There are many aspects in the process of your conveyancing transaction, and we are supported by many reputable providers in the local region who can assist you in your journey.

Below is a small (but not comprehensive list) of businesses that we are proud to be associated with, who can support you.  If you have had a positive experience with any other provider that you feel other clients could benefit in utilizing, please let us know.

Building Inspectors

Purchasing a property is a major investment, so when considering purchasing a new property, it is essential that you check everything out first to ensure that the property is safe and that there are no illegal building works.  Enlist a reputable company to undertake a comprehensive house inspection on your behalf.

Real Estate Agents

It is hard to make a decision when you are overwhelmed with options.  When considering who you want to represent your interests, you should look at their benefits and the reputation of their agents.  Do they charge advertising fees?  Are there any guarantees of “no sale, no fee”?  Are the agents personable and working for you in the result that you want?  We work with many agencies and below are just a handful you may wish to consider.

Mortgage Brokers

First Home buyer and don’t know where to start?  Wanting the best interest rate?  No or little deposit?  Then speaking to a mortgage broker may be the first step for you.  A knowledgeable broker can source the best rate for your needs to ensure that you get the best package for a manageable future and securing your dream property.

Insurance

While the Vendor is required to maintain their insurance cover until ownership of the property is transferred, this is not always the case.  It is a worthwhile precautionary measure to take out your own and  your lender will recommend you take out building insurance effective from the date the seller signs the contract. This is to safeguard their interest in the property, as well as your own.
