Eureka Conveyancing is a dedicated conveyancing practice.

As such, we can focus on your transaction, keeping you advised throughout the whole process.  Our aim is to provide you with a quality experience, with sound advice at competitive rates.

There’s a lot at stake when buying and selling property and we understand that no two jobs are the same.  Conveyancing can be complex and we want our clients to feel confident knowing that their transaction is in our capable hands.  We can decrease risks, avoid frustrating delays and will take the stress out of settlement so you can get on with your life.

We pride ourselves on our quality, friendly, approachable, personal and professional manner to ensure our clients receive a service they can rely on.  We value our clients’ support and recognition and a high percentage of our clients are repeat business or have been referred by previous clients which is the highest compliment we could receive.

We keep our knowledge and skill levels up to date to ensure that we always provide the most current advice on new legislation to our clients.   We also embrace the ever evolving new technology that is emerging to be able to provide our clients with the most efficient service possible.

In 2013 (less than a year from opening) we were proudly nominated in the 2013 CGU Commerce Ballarat Business Excellence Awards.  In 2015 we were humbled when our business was nominated as Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year in the Australian Institute of Conveyancers awards and again in 2016 (in which we placed in the top 3).

Katrina Abrams

Director & Principal

Katrina started Eureka Conveyancing in 2012 and brings extensive knowledge and experience from working in the legal industry for 15+ years in law firms in corporate, property and conveyancing fields.  She completed the Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) with The Malka Group and was also a qualified Paralegal in the United States, where she lived for about 14 years before returning to Australia. 

As a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (VIC) division, she also dedicates her time keeping informed of the ever-changing requirements of Conveyancing to ensure that you are given sound advice.  Your interactions with Eureka Conveyancing's team of experienced, caring staff, will reflect the value that she places on people, teamwork, advancement and her commitment to superior customer service.  

The business has evolved and grown into a very busy conveyancing practice, that now works with many individuals and companies across Victoria.

Andrea Murnane

Conveyancing Assistant

Andrea joined Eureka Conveyancing in 2017 and brings with her years of experience from working in the real estate environment.  She is another local of Ballarat and we are very fortunate to have her on board.  Her dedication and friendly, approachable nature are the qualities that our office prides itself on.  One of the first things you will experience upon entering our office will be her polite and happy greeting, making you feel welcome and comfortable.
